A bit About Me:

I have led many lives, and I bring this breadth and depth of experience to my work with individuals and groups. In my early life, I worked in government, business, law and academia, and travelled extensively, finding ways to connect and engage with people from many cultures and all walks of life.

Heeding a call to be of service in a more personal way, I obtained a postgraduate diploma in counselling from the Psychosynthesis Trust in London, where I later served for a few years as Training Manager. I was later ordained as an interfaith minister through the OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation, subsequently joining their Board of Trustees.

Wanting to deepen and expand my training I completed my Masters degree in Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy (also known as Core Process Psychotherapy) and am fully accredited with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I’ve also done numerous courses to augment my understanding and experience of personal and spiritual development, alternative therapeutic models, and supervision, most recently working towards a diploma in Energy Psychotherapy. I love being able to integrate these various models and approaches so that I can best attune to the needs of the person I’m working with.

I’m now based in Eastbourne, but I work in Brighton and London as well. Much of my practice is online, which enables me to work with clients throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.

I now have nearly twenty years’ experience working with clients with presenting issues of all sorts, as a therapist, spiritual counsellor and supervisor. I believe that ultimately my role is to help people to live full and meaningful lives. I seek to connect with clients at a soul level, to help awaken in them a delight in the world and a sense of their soul's deepest purpose within it.

You just have to determine to settle for nothing less than being FULLY ALIVE, to show up, be who you are, and share your gifts.

From this hour, I ordain myself loosed of limits and imaginary lines, going where I list my master total and absolute, listening to others, considering well what they say, pausing, searching, receiving, contemplating, gently but with undeniable will divesting myself of the holds that would hold me. I am larger, better than I thought. I did not know I held such goodness.
