dEPRESSION AND ANXIETY • RELATIONSHIPS • MEANING AND PURPOSE

Do you struggle with these issues? Does it feel to you like you’re not living the life you want? Does everything feel overwhelming? Or do you just find it difficult to get out of bed in the morning and face the day?

I have made it my life’s work to help people grow, thrive and evolve by meeting them where they are, offering bespoke approaches and techniques to guide them on their journeys to fulfilment, healing and peace.

WHY PSYCHOTHERApy?

We seek therapy when it feels like life just isn’t working.  Sometimes we have a specific problem we just can’t cope with.  Sometimes it’s more generalised depression or anxiety.  Sometimes we’ve lost our sense of the point of our lives.  A skilled therapist doesn’t “fix” these problems, but guides you to a deeper understanding and empowers you to deal with them using your own profound resources.

Some examples, by no means exhaustive, of issues I work with:

• Relationship challenges
• Grief and bereavement
• Stress and overwhelm
• Spiritual crisis
• Chronic long-term illness
• Negative thoughts and emotions
• Social isolation
• Sexual identity
• Current or historical abuse
• Eating disorders

You see, I want a lot
Maybe I want it all;
The darkness of each endless fall,
The shimmering light of each ascent.
